In other words, we can read off that the more you evaluate highly about transformational leadership, group culture¡¯s level and the higher the age is, turnover intention¡¯s level is lower. Especially, it shows that the group culture is relatively important factor of turnover intention. In other words, in comparison with transformational leadership or age, we can say that the group culture suggest that it is a relatively important factor. On this, for care giver¡¯s lower turnover intention¡¯s level, super intendant need to form emphatic care giver¡¯s group culture for mutual trust, friendliness and group consciousness, and effort for transformational leadership development for the more higher pursuit to accomplish group¡¯s mission and vision.
